| Cenkey Chemical Company is a high-tech enterprise
whose major shareholder is SYRICI. Cenkey¡¯s focus is primarily development
and manufacture of fine chemicals. Currently, its major products are
a fluorescent brightener series and a sodium cyanate series. Fluorescent
brightener CF-351 is a research achievement of the National Science
Program¡¯s ninth five-year plan and was first developed in China by
Cenkey. This brightener is an advanced product meeting international
standards. Currently, CF-351 has an 80% share of the China market.
With close cooperative relationships established with Unilever, P&G,
Sumitomo, and other international companies, Cenkey Company exports
sodium cyanates to Germany, Indonesia, Vietnam, and other countries
and regions. Cenkey adheres to a business philosophy of ¡°Walking the

enhance product quality. By the end of 2010, Cenkey Company will operate
