On May 16th, the signing ceremony was held at Syrici. Mr. Lu Zhongchang, vice chancellor of DLUT, Mr. He Gaohong, dean of the institute of petroleum and chemical engineering, and Mr. Xu Weichang, executive vice president of Syrici attended the ceremony, which was hosted by Mr. Xu.

At the ceremony, first, Mr. Xu introduced the scientific research situation and the talent team of Syrici. Then Mr. Lu gave his presentation about DLUT’s discipline construction, student training and the campus in Panjin.

During the meeting, both sides shared the common ideas about personnel training, academic seminar and specialized courses. After that, a cooperation agreement had been reached. At last, Mr. Lu Zhongchang, the vice chancellor and Mr. Xu Weichang, the vice president, jointly signed the agreement.

The signing of this training plan is one of the most important measures of the Syrici scientific research promotion activities.
