On July 3rd to 6th, the mid-term evaluation meeting of two state science and technology supporting plans was held in Shenyang. SYRICI and two responsible departments of ICAMA hosted the meeting. The subjects were: the creation and development of fungicide that can prevent and control the epidemic disease (SYRICI); the research of pesticide safety and ecological assessment (ICAMA).

At the meeting, Mr. Gu Baogen, superintendent of ICAMA, and Mr. Kang Zhuo, vice-president of SYRICI made reports to the expert group about the projects. The experts checked and approved the report material, listened to the subject reports. They formed the expert opinion after discussing: they suggested that SYRICI and ICAMA needed to work hard to achieve the target on time.

Before the meeting, the experts inspected the pilot plant base of “fungicide pyraoxystrobin industrialization and application technology research” and the testing site of “pesticide toxicology foundation and the pesticide creation safety evaluation”.
