On October 28th, Shenyang Research Institute of Chemical and Industry Co., Ltd. won patent infringement of Shandong Sinder Technology Co., Ltd.. After two years of patent rights protection, the case has been settled in the first instance. This judgment protected SYRICI’s flumorph patent right.

Recently, Jiangsu Nanjing Intermediate People’s Court made the first-instance judgment, affirming that Shandong Sinder Co., Ltd. violated flumorph patent right of SYRICI by the production and sale of fungicide F4. In the judgment, the court ruled the infringer cease producing or selling the infringing products and make a compensation of RMB 4,500,000.

SYRICI created flumorph and owns its patent right. It’s the first pesticide that obtains the official registration and Europe Patent for Invention. It has the honor to win 2nd Award of National Award for Technological Invention. As a farm-oriented fungicide, flumorph is mainly used for disease control of vegetables, fruits, flowers and tobacco. Because of its high efficiency and low toxicity, it gained enormous economic benefits after putting on the market.
