Recently, NDRC published 2014 NERC evaluation results. Among 90 centers, SYRICI’s NDRC of Pesticide and NDRC of Dyestuff received good grades and both passed the evaluation. In order to strengthen the construction of NERC, to build the management mechanism of survival of the fittest and dynamic regulation, according to the National Engineering Research Center Management Method, the NDRC evaluates the engineering centers every two years. The two centers of SYRICI have passed continuously the evaluation 4 times since 2008.

The National Engineering Research Center of Pesticide (Shenyang) was approved the construction by the original SDPC (State Development Planning Commission) and passed quality acceptance in 1998. The primary target of the center is to create new pesticide, improve the national pesticide research level and innovative development capacity, carry out new pesticide engineering research, accelerate pesticide achievements industrialization process, thrash out key technology of pesticide production, proceed old varieties technical reform, improve the quality of products and technology level. In the past dozen years, the center has realized the mutual promotion of scientific research and production and obtained plenteous research achievements.

The National Engineering Research Center of Dyestuff was approved the construction in 1992 and passed quality acceptance in 1996. The center engages in dyestuff, pigment, intermediate and three wastes treatment research.
