On August 4th, biomedical professor Niel Karrow from University of Guelph, Canada, came to Testing Evaluation Center of SYRICI to develop academic exchanges. This activity formed part of the international academic and business exchange of the Center.
Prof. Niel works on zebra fish toxicity research and animal reproductive toxicity research, which were of great compatibility with the experiments and business direction of the center. In the field of immunotoxicity text, Prof. Niel made specific guidance training for the technicists. Through the exchanges and communication, Prof. Niel praised the experimental facilities and capabilities, specially the operation situation of the GLP system. He also gave several constructive suggestions of developing the business.
As a biomedical professor of University of Guelph, Mr. Niel plans to enroll postgraduate students in China. He’s willing to carry out academic activities during his stay in China, such as declare projects supported by international organizations, share the test data and the facilities, etc. All these activities will elevate the Testing Evaluation Center’s international influences step by step.
