In order to promote the young employees’ quality, facilitate the establishment of innovation team and motivate their work passion, over 70 youth league members and youth backbones participated in the development training on Aug 29.
The activities began with “execution without excuse”, which were formed by team building, lightning action, power station and iceberg sinking. These activities built up respectively the young employees’ team cohesiveness, executive ability and innovative thinking.
When the training finished, the participants showed that during the training they harvested more spiritual power. They realized that team cooperation is the spirit. They thought further about their work methods and communication way, which made them deal with their work with more facilities. To the new employees, the activity made them integrate quickly into the work team, recognize their work role and contribute themselves to the development of SYRICI.
