On Feb 5th, four industry experts from high-tech division of Shenyang Science and Technology Bureau came to SYRICI to conduct a survey according to the survey work program of Shenyang economic development status and the work program of the high-tech industry group.

The survey purpose is to be clear on the high-tech industry development situation, find out the prominent problems that restrict the development, form specific countermeasures and optimize technological innovation environment. Under the arrangement of the survey contents, SYRICI made a detailed report to the investigating group from enterprise independent innovation, talent training, intellectual property and policy of science and technology. SYRICI also put forward some suggestions on the support of the government during the development process of the enterprise independent innovation. After the survey, the expert group visited the Research Institute of Chemical Advanced Material.
