Recently, the chemical advanced material institute of SYRICI develops a new type of hair dye, which has already passed the safety confirmation of GLP safety evaluation institution. The testing result shows that this new type hair dye has reached the international advanced level, filled the domestic blank and also resolved the problems: the traditional hair dyes are poisonous and harmful.

80% of the hair dye products in the market contain PPD and oxidative material. The PPD compound has sensitization and carcinogenic controversy to human body. The oxidative material is causticity and irritative to eyes, skin and mucous membrane. Although the research institutions at home and aboard put a large number of researchers and material resources into the development of safe and high quality hair dyes, the result isn’t obvious.

The new type of hair dye is a outcome of the cooperative project between SYRICI and Leeds University. This hair dye abandons completely the poisonous and harmful material, like PPD, changes the combination mode between the dye and hair and resolves the problems that exist in the traditional hair dyes. This hair dye possesses independent intellectual property and reached the domestic toxicological standard. It’s safe to human, high fastness to washing, good color lasting, little damage to hair, easy to use, etc. SYRICI has already applied for 3 patents.
