On Nov 9th, the Sinochem’s 2016 A-level campus career recruitment took place at Jilin University. This teach-in that brought over 450 students from Jilin University and other universities nearby was undertaken by SYRICI. The teach-in group was formed by 15 people who came from Sinochem’s HR, Sinochem Oil, Sinofert and SYRICI.

Jilin University is the 9th stop of the Sinochem Group A-level campus career recruitment. It’s also the first time that took place at Jilin University. Before the teach-in, director Feng of the department of employment of JLU had proceeded a further communication about the talents cooperation between both parts with director Lu Xinhua of Labor Relations Department of Sinochem and director Guo Mao of SYRICI’s HR.

At the teach-in, director Feng made a report about the situation and policy of the graduates’ employment firstly and introduced the Sinochem Group. Then, director Lu made a comprehensive introduction of Sinochem Group from the enterprise development, main achievements, organizational structure, business module and enterprise culture. The introduction helped the students to know better the Shinochem Group.

Director Guo hosted the teach-in, who made a brief introduction to the students about three member enterprises: Sinochem Oil, Sinofert and SYRICI. Also he showed their business, staff composition and young employee training plan, etc.

During the teach-in, many students exchanged positively with directors of the Sinochem member enterprises and delivered their CV to their favorite enterprise after the conference. Until now, the three enterprises have finished resume screening and initial interview. Satisfactory effects have been obtained in this campus career recruitment.
